Called Tubs 2 Go on a freezing cold Saturday when my hot tub stopped working, water temp very low and screen had 'dry' error message, and I was afraid everything was going to freeze up. The owner, Paul, returned my call promptly and then helped me trouble shoot over the phone. He clearly knows everything about hot tubs. He spent about 20 minutes on the phone with me walking me through what I needed to do and what I needed to check to try and fix it myself and then exchanged helpful texts with me to check on the progress and situation later that day and suggest future preventative measures. With his help I was able to fix the problem and the tub is now working perfectly again. Great guy. Excellent, honest service.
